CXK Ltd in East Sussex is seeking an experienced Assistant Youth Coach to support the delivery of a high-performing NEET programme across the region. You will help deliver engaging activities and work with young people to build confidence, skills and resilience toward employment, education or training.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Youth Coach to support the delivery of a high-performing programme across East Sussex. You will deliver high quality, innovative, engaging programmes, ensuring young people achieve positive outcomes in employment, education and training while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. You will work with referral agencies to ensure that young people are inducted onto the programme and have the confidence to attend and remain engaged.
Working closely with the Youth Coach, you will support to identify areas for improvement and contribute to service planning. The role also requires effective partnership working, developing positive relationships with external agencies and promoting the needs of young people who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET. You will have a good understanding of safeguarding procedures and be confident in their use.
CXK will be delivering 12 week NEET programmes across East Sussex, commissioned by East Sussex County Council. The programmes will run weekly in local communities where it has been identified there are a significant number of young people not in education, employment of training. The programme has been developed to improve confidence, increase skills, resilience and introduce young people to working environments that might work for them. The aim is to provide a service to enable young people to become confident enough to be work ready.
