YMCA Robin Hood Group in Nottingham is recruiting for a Housing Duty Worker to join our busy Supported Housing team. The role involves overseeing the smooth running of the building and reception, acting as the first point of contact for residents and signposting them to the help they need.

The position requires flexibility for a rotational shift pattern (07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–07:00) and a commitment to supporting vulnerable young people aged 16–24.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in working in supported housing with vulnerable adults and young people aged 16-24.

Responsabilités

• Monitoring CCTV
• Providing advice and assistance to residents
• Providing keys/replacements where needed
• Signing in Visitors
• Daily administration
• Security of the building
• Cleaning support
• Handling unexpected tasks during shifts
