YMCA Robin Hood Group in Nottingham is seeking a Housing Night Duty Worker to help support residents in a 16-24 year old focused scheme. You will assist with day-to-day duties, provide advice, manage tenancy obligations, and help keep the building secure and well maintained during night shifts.

The role covers incident response, crisis management, and liaison with agencies as needed. Full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, Sunday to Thursday 11pm–7am, with DBS clearance required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience or interest in supported housing with vulnerable adults and young people aged 16-25.
• Willingness to receive training and development in housing roles.
• Understanding of needs of young people (16-25) with potential drug/alcohol issues.

Aufgaben

• Support residents by providing advice and assistance.
• Collect rent payments and explain tenant obligations.
• Respond to fire alarms and emergencies; liaise with police and agencies as needed.
• Help with applications and signposting to other services.
