Job summary

YMCA Robin Hood Group in Mansfield is seeking flexible Housing Duty Workers to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods. You will be the first point of contact for residents, support daily needs, manage incidents and help keep the building safe.

This casual role offers variety with shifts arranged to fit your availability, and an opportunity for training and development within a supportive housing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in supported housing with vulnerable adults and young people (16–25).
• Ability to work flexibly, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Good communication and boundary-setting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents and respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Assist with admin tasks, rent queries, and payments where needed.
• Support building safety and fire safety procedures.
• Assist with housekeeping and facilities duties as required.
• First point of contact for residents and liaise with external agencies.
