Job summary

Fedcap Employment is seeking a Performance Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team of Job Brokers delivering youth employment outcomes across Surrey. You will coach, develop and motivate the team while building strong employer partnerships and ensuring high-quality programme delivery.

The role combines remote leadership with travel across Surrey, focusing on sustainable employment for young people, performance data, and excellent customer service in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in a target-driven environment.
• Strong coaching skills with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Experience using KPIs and data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience engaging with employers and supporting placements or recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a dispersed team of Job Brokers to hit performance targets.
• Drive employer engagement and vacancy generation across the region.
• Use data and insight to identify opportunities and address underperformance.
• Build relationships with Jobcentre Plus, employers, providers and stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality, personalised support and sustainable employment matches.
• Promote innovative employer engagement approaches and facilitate bespoke opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with contractual and quality requirements while delivering excellent service.
