Fedcap UK is seeking a Performance Manager to lead a remote team of Job Brokers delivering employability opportunities for young people in Warwickshire. You will coach, develop and motivate staff, build strong employer partnerships and drive KPIs to achieve quality placements and sustainable employment outcomes.

You will oversee outreach across Warwickshire, promote innovative engagement approaches and ensure high standards of service and programme delivery.

• Maintain compliance with contractual and quality requirements while delivering great service.
