Fedcap UK is recruiting a Performance Manager to lead a remote team of Job Brokers across Central Kent, driving employment outcomes for young people. You will coach staff, engage employers and ensure high-quality personalised support to place participants into sustainable work.

The role combines leadership, field outreach, and strategic partnerships, with regular travel across the Kent region while being based from home.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a target-driven environment.
• Strong coaching and motivational abilities with track record.
• Proven ability to use data and KPIs to drive improvement.
• Experience in employer engagement or business development.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a dispersed team of Job Brokers to achieve targets.
• Build a high-performing remote team through regular coaching and reviews.
• Drive employer engagement and vacancy generation across the region.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Strengthen relationships with Jobcentre Plus, employers and training providers.
• Ensure high-quality, personalised support and matched employment opportunities.
• Promote innovative employer engagement approaches and reverse marketing.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, quality and operational requirements.
