A dedicated training provider in Llandudno is seeking a passionate Youth Engagement Job Coach / Employability Work Placement Coordinator. This role involves mentoring young people aged 16-19, helping them develop essential employability skills and navigating towards education or work opportunities. The successful candidate will engage with local businesses to create quality placements and support learners in a nurturing environment. Competitive salary of up to £28,840 per annum plus benefits is offered, with extra holidays and a company pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of supporting or mentoring young people aged 16-19.

• Mentor young people aged 16-19 to develop employability and life skills.
• Source and monitor high-quality work placements.
