Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Youth Employability Activity Coordinator to design and deliver engaging programmes for ages 18-24, helping them develop skills, confidence and progression into employment or education.

You'll work with mentors, employers and community partners to run workshops, events and activities, promoting inclusion, safeguarding and progression whilst travel across local areas.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, coordinating and delivering engaging activities for young people or young adults.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and group engagement skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience supporting personal development, employability or progression outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, employment-focused activities for young people aged 18-24.
• Develop a rolling programme of workshops, projects and group activities aligned to progression plans.
• Deliver sessions on employability skills, confidence, teamwork and workplace readiness.
• Coordinate employer talks, careers events and mock interviews.
• Promote progression into employment, apprenticeships and education.
• Manage activity schedules, venues and logistics.
• Promote activities through face-to-face and digital engagement methods.
• Maintain records and monitor progression against objectives.
