Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Youth Employability Activity Coordinator in Leicester to design and deliver engaging programmes for 18-24-year-olds, building confidence and progressing to employment, education or training. You'll work with mentors, employers and community partners, travel locally, and create workshops using sport, gaming, technology and creative arts.

This role is permanent, full-time, with a focus on safeguarding, inclusion and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience planning, coordinating and delivering activities for young people.
Strong facilitation, presentation and group engagement skills.
Motivate and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Experience supporting personal development and employability outcomes.
Understanding barriers such as low confidence, mental wellbeing and digital exclusion.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver employment-focused activities for 18-24s.
Develop a rolling programme of workshops, projects and group activities.
Deliver sessions on employability skills, confidence, teamwork, communication, digital skills.
Coordinate employer talks, career events and workplace visits.
Support participants to progress into employment, education or training.
