Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Youth Employability Activity Coordinator to design and deliver engaging programmes for 18-24 year olds. Based in Northamptonshire/Leicestershire, this community-based role involves creating workshops, building confidence and helping participants progress into employment, education or training through practical activities and mentoring.

You will work with mentors, employers and partners to run sessions that develop employability, teamwork, digital skills and resilience,

Qualifications

Experience planning, coordinating and delivering engaging activities for young people or young adults.
Strong facilitation, presentation and group engagement skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Experience supporting personal development, employability or progression outcomes.
Understanding of barriers affecting young people, including low confidence, mental wellbeing, neurodiversity, digital exclusion.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging employment-focused activities for young people aged 18-24.
Develop a rolling programme of workshops, projects and group activities.
Deliver sessions on employability skills, confidence, teamwork, communication, digital skills, workplace readiness, personal development.
Coordinate partnership and community engagement with organisations, employers and providers.
Complete activity plans, risk assessments and evaluate outcomes.
