Job summary

Forward Assist Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Activity Coordinator to design and deliver a varied programme of engaging activities for young adults aged 18 to 24. You will work with mentors and partners to help participants progress toward employment, education or training across Buckinghamshire and surrounding regions.

The role focuses on inclusive, trauma-informed delivery, employing creative activities and practical sector insight to build confidence, transferable skills and workplace

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering engaging activities for young people.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in group settings.
• Ability to adapt sessions for diverse needs and communication styles.
• Experience in employability or youth-work settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and deliver a rolling programme of activities.
• Deliver welcoming, inclusive sessions for 18–24-year-olds across multiple topics.
• Prepare clear session plans and learning objectives for each activity.
• Adapt delivery for neurodiversity, disabilities, literacy levels and confidence.
