Job summary

Forward Assist Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Activity Coordinator in South West London to design and deliver a varied programme of engaging activities for young adults aged 18 to 24. The role requires coordinating with mentors, partners and internal teams to help participants progress toward employment, education or training.

The role focuses on inclusive, trauma-informed practices, and building transferable skills such as communication, teamwork and resilience within a dynamic delivery

Qualifications

• Experience of planning, coordinating and delivering engaging group activities for young people or young adults.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and engagement skills, with ability to build rapport while maintaining clear boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and maintain a rolling programme of structured group and individual activities aligned with participants' needs, aspirations, action plans and outcomes.
• Deliver welcoming, energetic and inclusive sessions for 18 to 24-year-olds, using age-appropriate interests such as sport, arts, technology and community projects.
• Prepare session plans, learning objectives, resources and contingency arrangements so activities support employability and progression.
• Adapt pace, content and delivery for different communication styles and needs.
