Job summary

Confidential in London is hiring an Activity Coordinator to design, coordinate and deliver a rolling programme of engaging activities for young people aged 18 to 24, to raise aspiration, confidence and employability. Sessions will draw on sport, arts, technology and community projects to build transferable skills and workplace readiness.

You will work with mentors and partners to plan sessions, manage resources and venues, maintain safeguarding and inclusion, monitor attendance and progression,

Qualifications

• Experience planning, coordinating and delivering engaging group activities for young people, preferably 18–24.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and engagement skills.
• Ability to adapt delivery for diverse needs and confidence levels.
• Experience in employability, youth work or related public services with creative/digital activities.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and maintain a rolling programme of activities aligned with participants' needs and outcomes.
• Deliver inclusive sessions using sport, arts, technology and community projects to build transferable skills.
• Prepare clear session plans, objectives and resources with contingency arrangements.
• Maintain safeguarding, inclusivity and professional practice in all activities.
• Monitor attendance, progression and impact to support progression toward employment or training.
