Zusammenfassung

Triage is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver a varied programme of activities that help young people aged 18 to 24 develop confidence and employability. You will travel across Hull & East Riding, York & Central Yorkshire, and other areas to engage participants and partner with mentors and employers.

Working 35 hours per week, 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, you will create engaging experiences, support progression to training and employment, and ensure safeguarding

Qualifikationen

• Experience planning, coordinating or delivering activities for young people or young adults.
• Understanding of barriers faced by NEETs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, coordinate and deliver a rolling programme of activities for participants.
• Deliver inclusive, interactive sessions to build employability and confidence.
• Prepare session plans, resources and learning objectives; ensure activity outcomes.
• Adapt activities for different learning styles and needs.
• Build positive relationships with participants using a strengths-based approach.
• Support progression to mentoring, training, work experience or employment.
• Coordinate activity delivery with employers, training providers and partners.
• Maintain records and monitor participant progress and outcomes.
