Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering youth-focused activities.
• Ability to mentor and support young people into employment or education.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
• First aid and risk assessment experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and purposeful activities for young people.
• Organise venues, partners, resources and multiple activities.
• Track participation and progress while safeguarding requirements are met.
• Engage with mentors, employers and community partners to link activities to goals.
• Promote attendance, re-engage participants and create an inclusive environment.
