Codi Group seeks two part-time Scheme Support Officers for Llys Awen, Gorseinon, to assist young people aged 16–21. You’ll be a first point of contact, help with budgeting, and promote independent living through practical day-to-day support and access to welfare benefits.
Responsibilities include engaging residents, supporting workshops on tenancy management and health and wellbeing, and conducting health and safety and wellbeing checks within the scheme.

Llys Awen provides 24-hour temporary supported accommodation in the Gorseinon area of Swansea for young people aged between 16 to 21 years old. The staff team specialise in providing support within a psychology informed environment. Our Scheme Support Officers enable our young people to achieve their goals and empower them to lead independent lives.

You will act as a first point of contact for the people we support. You will build positive relationships by helping them make a transition into independent living and advise on move on options.
