Tai Pawb is seeking a Waking Night Young Persons Scheme Support Officer for our Swansea Young Persons service in Moriston. This permanent, part-time role involves working on a rolling rota with wakeful shifts from 22:30 to 7:30, delivering night-time support to young people aged 16–24 experiencing homelessness.

Swansea Young Persons service provides temporary accommodation to young people age 16-24 who are experiencing homelessness. The service delivers intensive housing related supported to individuals who are ready to gain independence and a tenancy of their own.
As a Waking Night Young Persons Scheme Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the young people in our service throughout the night. You will provide emotional and practical support, assist with any issues that may arise during the night, and contribute to a calm and stable environment.
