Job summary

Moore Teachers is seeking a Year 3 Learning Support Assistant for a primary school in Hertfordshire. The role offers flexible hours (AM/PM, 2–3 days, or full-time) and a temp-to-perm pathway to support pupils with KS2 learning.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting pupils, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team, contributing to pupil progress in a welcoming, Ofsted-assessed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils, ideally in Key Stage2.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Positive, flexible approach with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Year 3 pupils with learning activities and tasks.
• Support pupil progress and behavioural expectations.
• Adapt activities for AM/PM sessions or 2–3 days per week.
