Job summary

Aspire People is seeking caring Learning Support Assistants to work in UK primary schools. You don't need a formal TA qualification; transferable experience with children is welcomed. You'll support pupils in class, provide 1:1 and small group help, and assist with SEND needs, under the guidance of teachers.

Aspire People are looking for caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work within primary schools.

You don't need a formal Teaching Assistant qualification to be considered. We're looking for individuals with transferable experience working with children who are passionate about supporting learning and child development.

Whether you've worked within a UK primary school, as a tutor, youth worker, sports coach, nursery practitioner, childcare professional, mentor, or in another child-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom and during learning activities
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support where needed
• Helping children build confidence and independence

• Holiday clubs, after-school clubs, or similar child-focused environments
