Learning Support Assistant required to work in Year 3, supporting a child with SEND
Sires Hill Primary Academy opened its doors for the very first time in September 2023, and welcomed our new 2 year olds into the school in September 2024. The school will eventually become a two form entry primary school with a nursery with children aged 2-11.
We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who would be excited by the prospect of working to support pupils with special educational needs in our Year 3 class, establishing a culture of high expectations, care and kindness. Sires Hill Primary Academy works in partnership with Didcot Primary Academy, following the same curriculum and benefitting from the expertise of an established primary school.

The post is 35 hours per week.
The working hours are 8.10am - 3.40pm
You will be paid on the NJC scale, starting at spine point 3.
The pro rata salary for this post is £24,027 FTE and £19,462 pro rata
This post is term time only (which includes 5 inset days).
Fixed term contract from date of commencement which may be extended.
The LSA will be based in our Year 3 Class supporting a child with SEND needs.
The post includes extended hours and lunchtime cover, supporting children both inside and outside.
