Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly and supportive school community.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in helping our children thrive. The position includes potentially providing 1:1 support for an individual pupil, so experience of working closely with children with additional needs would be an advantage.

In this role, you will:

  • Have high expectations and a commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential.
  • Show initiative, resilience and a willingness to go the extra mile for our children.
  • Take pride in your own professional development and be keen to learn and grow as part of our team.

We are looking for someone who is warm, positive and committed to making a real difference every day. In return, you will join a welcoming school where staff are valued, supported and encouraged to develop professionally.

The school reserves the right to close the listing at any time and shortlist earlier if strong candidates apply earlier in the process.
