Job summary

South East Water is seeking a Product Specialist & Reporting Analyst to join the Transformation Management Office. You will be the internal Wrike expert, configuring the platform, guiding adoption, and ensuring accurate data across the organisation. Your work supports leadership with clear insights for investments and project schedules.

You will lead reporting cycles, validate data integrity, and develop executive dashboards to track portfolio health and drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Project management knowledge and PMO/TMO experience.
• Strong data governance and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into Wrike configurations.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management & Development: configure Wrike, establish standardised structures, manage integrations.
• User Adoption, Training & Stakeholder Engagement: onboard users, deliver training, coordinate with L&D.
• Reporting & Data Governance: manage weekly/monthly reporting, validate data, create dashboards for leadership.
