Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a technically adept PMO Systems & Reporting Manager to own the strategy and design of PMO systems and reporting platforms. You will steer data governance, quality, and automated insight products while coordinating with IT and vendors to drive continuous improvement.

You will lead enterprise reporting, design Power BI datasets and semantic models, and ensure delivery governance across the portfolio. Hybrid role, base in Reading.

Qualifications

• Significant experience administering, configuring, and enhancing enterprise PMO/PPM systems.
• Experience designing and governing portfolio data environments with data standards and reporting structures.
• Advanced experience in Power BI with semantic models and automated datasets for senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence PMO teams with expert-level support on data best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, design, and continuous improvement of PMO systems and reporting platforms.
• Define configurations, workflows, integrations, and system changes for PMO tooling.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and robust reporting for decision-making.
• Develop enterprise reporting models and automated insight products for leadership.
• Lead system upgrades, integrations, and technical change with IT and vendors.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and training on PMO systems and data practices.
