Job summary

South East Water is seeking a Product Specialist & Reporting Analyst to join its Transformation Management Office. You will own Wrike configuration, ensure data accuracy, and drive adoption across teams to support senior leadership with clear, actionable insights.

You will manage Wrike onboarding, collaborate on governance reporting, and build dashboards that highlight portfolio health and project performance for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Professional PM certification (CAPM/PRINCE2/P3O) or equivalent.
• Wrike certification or demonstrable Wrike expertise.
• Strong understanding of PMO/TMO governance and data management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Wrike PPM platform with standardized structures and workflows.
• Onboard new Wrike users; drive tool adoption and data consistency.
• Manage weekly/monthly TMO reporting cycles and executive dashboards.
