This on-site, full-time role sits in the Transformation Management Office and focuses on Wrike platform management, adoption, and accurate, accessible project data to support senior leadership decisions.

You will lead weekly and monthly reporting cycles, develop dashboards, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with PMO analysts to improve the Wrike-based delivery of key projects

Qualifications

• Professional project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 or P3O).
• Wrike product certification or demonstrable expert-level training with Wrike.
• Solid understanding of PRINCE2/Agile with Wrike proficiency (custom workflows, forms, blueprints).
• Ability to create dashboards, analyse and report on complex data using Wrike features.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Wrike PPM platform with standardised project structures and workflows.
• Manage Wrike accounts/licences and onboard new users; drive tool adoption and data accuracy.
• Produce weekly/monthly governance reporting and ensure timely portfolio data delivery.
• Analyse data and challenge RAG statuses; build historical trend databases for leadership insight.
• Translate requirements into Wrike configurations and implementation plans.
