Job summary

South East Water is seeking a Product Specialist & Reporting Analyst to join the Transformation Management Office. You will own Wrike configuration, drive user adoption, and deliver reliable, executive-ready reporting across the portfolio.

You’ll manage Wrike licences, train users, collaborate on communications, and ensure data quality for governance boards. Strong Wrike expertise and data-communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• PMO/TMO governance experience with data management and QA.
• Strong project management principles (PRINCE2/Agile).
• Wrike platform expertise including custom workflows and dashboards.
• Ability to create dashboards and report on complex data in Wrike.
• Maintain accurate historical trend data for governance reviews.
• Translate requirements into Wrike configurations and plans.
• Lead training and coaching for both technical and non-technical users.
• Manage Wrike licences and onboarding for new users.
• Collaborate with L&D to keep training materials current.
• Communicate updates on Wrike releases to stakeholders.
• Review Wrike requirements across teams and onboarding.
• Proactively identify data anomalies and trigger corrective actions.
• Maintain weekly/monthly reporting calendars and deadlines.
• Experience in PMO/TMO with data quality assurance focus.
• Track and support portfolio data for senior governance boards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Wrike PPM platform with standardised structures.
• Maintain Wrike integrations (APIs, Jira, Workday) for interoperability.
• Evaluate market trends and new Wrike features to maximise value.
• Work with PMO analysts to drive platform improvements.
• Onboard new Wrike users and manage licences.
• Deliver targeted Wrike training to drive adoption and data entry consistency.
• Coordinate with L&D to keep training materials current.
• Collaborate with communications to announce Wrike changes.
• Review Wrike requirements with other business teams for onboarding.
• Translate project needs into Wrike configurations and plans.
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting cycles for governance.
• Analyse project data and RAG statuses for leadership visibility.
• Build/maintain historical trend databases for context.
• Create executive dashboards with clear performance commentary.
• Trigger exception reports for at-risk initiatives.
