Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a highly technical PMO Systems & Reporting Manager to own the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of PMO systems, data flows and reporting platforms. You will be the technical authority for PMO tooling, defining workflows, integrations, and configuration changes with IT and external vendors.

Qualifications

Advanced Power BI and enterprise reporting experience.
Strong SQL and data modelling skills across BI environments.
Experience administering PMO/PPM tools such as Project Online or Planview.
Knowledge of data governance, lineage, and access controls.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, design and continuous improvement of PMO systems and reporting platforms.
Define configurations, workflows, and integrations for PMO tooling.
Lead data governance, quality assurance, and data standards across PMO data.
Develop enterprise Power BI models, dashboards, and automated insight pipelines.
Collaborate with IT and vendors on system upgrades and technical changes.
