Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a PMO Systems & Reporting Manager to own the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of PMO systems and reporting platforms. You will lead data governance, automated insight products, and governance for senior stakeholders, partnering with IT and vendors to drive technical change.

The role strengthens portfolio governance and data-driven decision-making, with hybrid work from Reading base location and a full-time pattern.

Qualifications

Significant experience administering enterprise PMO or PPM systems.
Experience governing high-quality portfolio data environments and reporting structures.
Advanced Power BI development for senior stakeholders and automated datasets.
Experience with PMO tooling and integrations across enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the PMO systems strategy, design, and continuous improvement.
Lead data governance, metadata, validation rules, and access controls across PMO datasets.
Develop and optimise enterprise reporting models, dashboards, and automated insight products.
Lead system upgrades, integrations, and technical change with IT and vendors.
Engage stakeholders to educate and support PMO systems, reporting standards, and data best practice.
