Job summary

WPP Media in the UK is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs, with a focus on Wrike adoption and process optimization.

You will partner with capability leaders and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical configurations, drive change management, training, and governance, and ensure projects align with client objectives in a hybrid UK environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager, transformation manager, or change manager.
• Proactive, creative, and independent thinker with attention to detail.
• Able to lead through influence and negotiate effectively.
• Advanced platform expertise in Wrike, Asana, Monday.com.
• Excellent and proactive communication across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project processes from requirements to planning and resources.
• Drive communications related to project delivery with internal stakeholders.
• Design and architect bespoke Wrike workflows reflecting service offerings.
• Build customized project management processes in Wrike to meet requirements.
• Drive automation to remove roadblocks and streamline execution.
• Facilitate integration with enterprise tools like Google Workspace.
• Act as primary contact for technical support and feature requests.
• Monitor adoption and governance, iterating workflow designs.
