Cox Automotive’s Manheim Vehicle Services at Bruntingthorpe is seeking a Workshop Administrator. You’ll link technicians with customer service to track vehicle progress and ensure timely preparation, repair and delivery.

This fast-paced role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and clear communication. 40 hours weekly with a salary of £27,144 and a supportive benefits package across the Cox Automotive network.

Qualifications

• Previous admin or customer-facing experience (automotive preferred)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Calm and effective under pressure
• High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Confident using digital systems and tools
• Full UK driving licence (held for 12+ months)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between the workshop and customer service teams
• Support daily scheduling and prioritisation of urgent or overdue vehicles
• Manage calls, emails, and the workshop inbox efficiently
• Ensure job cards and documentation meet warranty audit standards
• Organise pre-completion checks with technicians
• Work closely with front‑of‑house teams to maintain service levels
• Support general admin tasks across departments
• Maintain a strong focus on health and safety compliance
