Job summary

Northgate Vehicle Hire is seeking a Workshop Administrator to act as the vital link between customers and our workshop. You will book vehicles in for maintenance, liaise with the workshop team to schedule work, update customers on progress and ensure proper approvals are in place.

A background in the motor trade or car dealerships helps, and our induction training supports you to deliver the Northgate experience.

• Experience in planning and administration.
• Customer service skills to deliver a great experience.
• Familiarity with the motor trade or car dealerships helpful.
