Job summary

Manheim Auction Services, part of Cox Automotive, is seeking a Service Delivery Administrator to support vehicle collections, processing data, invoicing, and ensuring SLA targets are met throughout the auction process.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a busy, KPI-driven environment. On-site UK-based position with opportunities for development within Cox Automotive network.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in KPI-driven environments.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure administration, coordination, and sale of vehicles meet customer and internal SLA requirements at all times.
• Support day-to-day operations of the department, resolving problems promptly and escalating as needed.
• Coordinate vehicle arrivals and ensure accurate processing of data and documentation.
• Maintain communication with the Operations team to minimise delays in allocations for sale.
• Assist with invoicing and processing of customer payments via Bankline system.
