Our client is searching for a hands‑on Workshop Engineer who lives and breathes fault‑finding, thrives in a busy workshop, and loves getting stuck into a variety of tech—from laptops and desktops to printers and POS systems.

If you’re the kind of person who enjoys cracking tricky problems, staying curious with new tech, and working in a team that genuinely backs each other… you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll be doing
  • Diagnosing and repairing PCs, laptops, printers, and EPOS/point-of-sale systems
  • Following workshop procedures and safety/ESD standards
  • Managing your own workload and hitting quality targets
  • Completing all documentation and system updates accurately
  • Collaborating with your Senior Engineer to keep priorities on track
  • Staying up to date with new technology through ongoing training
  • Supporting continuous improvement and delivering top-tier service
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
  • Strong hardware repair experience (PCs, laptops, printers)
  • Confident fault‑finding skills, especially with EPOS equipment
  • Previous workshop experience
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently
  • Great communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with solid time management
Nice-to-haves
  • 3+ years break/fix experience
  • J2, Aures, Geller tills repair knowledge
  • HP, Lenovo, Toshiba accreditations
  • CompTIA A+ certification
