Applicants should have more than 3 years’ experience as a Workshop Controller in the automotive industry, a driving licence, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience as a Workshop Controller in the automotive industry.
• Understanding of consumer legislation, trade practices and H&S legislation.
• Strong communication and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Be prepared to assist in all areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Maximise workshop throughput, productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure smooth flow of internal work and strong relationships with the Sales department.
• Oversee work on the warranty system and ensure processes and procedures are adhered to.
