Qualifications

• Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry.
• Excellent understanding of systems and processes within this environment.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Confident dealing with people at all levels and building rapport.

Responsibilities

• Accounting for and managing Technicians time when working on jobs.
• Ensuring Job Card write up compliance with regards to OEM Warranty Procedures.
• Managing and improving workshop Productivity and Efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician
• Identifying Technician Training Needs.
