Northgate Vehicle Hire seeks an experienced Workshop Controller for our Swansea site. You will help get customers' vehicles back on the road quickly by maximising workshop profitability, productivity and efficiency.

As a Level 3 qualified technician with a solid workshop background, you will lead with a practical, hands-on approach, prioritising customer service and timely diagnostics and repairs.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified technician with a solid workshop background.
• Common-sense business approach to maximise efficiencies and opportunities.
• People person with a hands-on, can-do approach to getting things done.
• Passion for customer service and solving issues for customers.

Responsibilities

• Maximise profitability, productivity and efficiency of the workshop team.
• Decide recharge and warranty opportunities for technicians.
• Ensure workshop work meets the highest technical and quality standards.
• Support service commitments to customers and suppliers.
