Qualifications

• Experience as a Workshop Controller or in automotive workshop management for at least 2 years.
• Ability to plan and control workshop loading and allocate tasks to technicians.
• Full UK driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently.
• Motivate technicians to meet performance targets.
• Track the progress of vehicles through the Workshop.
