Becoming a more diverse and inclusive business will also be vital to our success, but what won’t change is the buzz we get from working in a fast-paced environment that’s 100% customer-focused.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join us. Reporting into the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently. You'll motivate technicians to ensure targets are being met as well as ensuring a high level of productivity and quality of service is being delivered. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with Service Reception thereby maintaining customer satisfaction. So if you think you can make a difference and motivate other team members to achieve their business goals, then this could be the role for you.

  • Do you have a full UK drivers licence?
  • Do you have experience planning and controlling workshop loading, allocating work to technicians, and monitoring productivity and efficiency?
  • Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Workshop Controller or in a similar automotive workshop management role?

  • Discount on Service, Bodyshop and Parts
  • 1 day each year to volunteer for a charity of your choice
