Job summary

Kream Motor Recruitment is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller for a busy Aftersales team at a premium automotive retailer in Falmouth. You will lead technicians, coordinate daily workshop activity and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance.

The role requires franchised dealer or professional workshop experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a full UK driving licence. Overtime and training are provided within a premium working environment.

• Experience in a franchised dealer or professional workshop.
• Workshop Controller or Supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritise daily workshop activity.
• Allocate work to maximise technician efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor vehicle progress and keep customers updated.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts colleagues.
• Support and motivate technicians to achieve high standards.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer, warranty and Health & Safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate workshop documentation and vehicle records.

Kream Motor Recruitment is working with a highly respected premium automotive retailer to recruit an experienced WORKSHOP CONTROLLER for its busy Aftersales team.

The Role

• Coordinate and prioritise daily workshop activity.

About You

• Experience within a franchised dealer or professional workshop environment.
• Workshop Controller, Supervisor or Senior Technician experience preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using workshop management and IT systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
