• Maintain high workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support Service Advisors for smooth workshop operation.
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and industry regulations.

Duties of the Workshop Controller:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of qualified and apprentice technicians to meet daily workshop demands
• Allocate job cards and organise workload distribution to maximise productivity
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets brand standards and customer expectations
• Oversee technical workshop systems, including EVHC and booking platforms
• Maintain high workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support the Service Advisor team to ensure smooth workshop operation
