Job summary

Marshall Mercedes-Benz Winchester is seeking a Workshop Controller to lead a busy service workshop and motivate a team of technicians to meet daily demands.

You will allocate job cards, manage workloads and ensure quality checks meet brand standards while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role is full-time, 45 hours per week, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis, offering a competitive package.

• Experience as a Workshop Controller, ideally from a franchised dealership.

• Proficient IT skills, preferably with EVHC software experience.

At Marshall Mercedes-Benz Winchester, we’re seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to motivate and manage a team of technicians while ensuring great service delivery and efficiency in the operations.

• You’ll lead, manage and motivate a team of qualified and apprentice technicians to meet daily workshop demands.
• You’ll allocate job cards and manage technicians’ workloads to maximise productivity.
