Job summary

Trust Ford is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead the workshop team at Wimbledon. You will oversee staff and facilities, motivate technicians, and ensure productivity and quality of service while coordinating with Service Reception to keep customers satisfied.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years' main dealer experience, a strong focus on customer care, and the ability to drive performance within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years main dealer experience in a similar role.
• Must be customer focused and able to drive the standard in customer care.
• Able to motivate and support the team whilst improving productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and workshop facilities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Motivate technicians to meet targets and deliver high service levels.
• Track progress of vehicles through the workshop and coordinate with Service Reception.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join us. Reporting into the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently. You'll motivate technicians to ensure targets are being met as well as ensuring a high level of productivity and quality of service is being delivered. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with Service Reception thereby maintaining customer satisfaction.
