Job summary

TrustFord is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Retail Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team and delivering an industry leading customer experience for both new and used vehicle customers.

You will analyse sales data, drive performance improvements, coach the team, ensure compliance, and work to meet volume and gross profit targets while building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Controller or senior automotive sales role is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyse sales data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

We require a Commercial Vehicle Retail Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to provide an industry leading customer experience to our new or used car customers, ensuring that they are presented with the best and most relevant information in order to assist them with a purchasing decision.

Key areas of responsibility will include: analysis and interpretation of sales data to develop and implement a plan to improve performance across key metrics; oversight of compliance; driving the standard in customer care by reviewing and coaching the sales team; and responsibility for delivering volume and gross profit targets.

Successful candidates will have an excellent level of written and verbal communication, a passion for learning about new technology in a fast moving environment, and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers. Experience at a Sales Controller or above within the automotive sector is required. Full training will be provided for the right individuals.

Requirements:

• To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.
