Job summary

TrustFord Wimbledon is seeking a Used Car Retail Manager to support the sales manager in daily leadership of the sales team and to deliver on objectives through excellent customer service. You will inspire the team to excel in test drives, prospecting and presenting vehicles, while driving profitability and maintaining high standards of compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a sales team; meeting sales targets and maximising profitability.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Full valid manual driving licence held for a minimum period of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to manage key areas such as test drives and prospecting.
• Support the sales manager in the day-to-day leadership of the sales department.
• Deliver results through a compliant and efficient approach to the sales process and provide excellent customer service.

We are looking for a Used Car Retail Manager to support the sales manager in the day to day leadership of the sales department. The successful candidate will inspire your team to deliver on our objectives through excellent customer service, driving with our ambition to drive the standard in customer care . You will be responsible for delivering all results through a compliant and efficient approach to all aspects of the sales process. You'll , lead and develop the team to manage key areas such as test drives, prospecting and excellent physical and video presentations. We have plenty to offer in return. Applicants must have a full valid manual driving licence held for a minimum period of 6 months.
