The Recruitment Solution is seeking a professional Workshop Controller for a luxury brand dealership in the Southend area. You will lead workshop operations, coordinate activity with the Service Manager, and maximise utilisation and profitability.

• Main dealer experience essential.
• Experience in a Workshop Controller role.
• Knowledge of health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Managing and motivating a team of workshop staff.
• Maximising utilisation and productivity to meet objectives and customer expectations.
• Ensuring the DMS is updated and accurate.
• Identifying potential warranty claims as per manufacturer requirements.
• Liaising with parts department to order parts.
• Completing job cards and reviewing performance with training where needed.

Our client is looking for a professional and dedicated Workshop Controller to take the role at our client's state of the art dealership based in the Southend area. You will work closely with the Service Manager and will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating Workshop activity to meet customer requirements and maximising Workshop utilisation and profitability.
