Job summary

Workshop Controller – Alperton: £38,000 basic salary with up to £55,000 OTE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy dealership and oversee workshop operations with strong earning potential and genuine career progression.

You will manage day‑to‑day workshop activity, allocate work to technicians, monitor productivity and deadlines, coach the team, and maintain high standards of quality, health and safety and manufacturer compliance. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor or Senior Technician within the motor trade.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge with strong diagnostic understanding.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
