Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 basic, plus bonus and excellent company benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our busy Mansfield site.

Our Bodyshop is fast-paced and offers lots of opportunities to make a difference and apply your expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Organising the bodyshop by controlling job status, conducting daily progress meetings, and reporting delays to the General Manager
• Maintaining tools and equipment, controlling waste, and ensuring security of the premises
• Ensuring accurate completion of job cards and overseeing shop floor procedures
• Collaborating with technicians and managers on quality issues

Success in this role depends on your ability to produce high-quality, compliant work that aligns with our service standards.

About you

• Qualified to NVQ level 3/City & Guilds or ATA with a solid Bodyshop background, experience as a Bodyshop Controller, Workshop Manager, or Quality Controller
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, working within standard job times and focusing on quality
• Full UK/EU Driving Licence
• Hands-on team player with a proactive approach and pride in customer service
