The Successful Workshop Controller will get:

• A basic salary of £34,840.

For this Workshop Controller role you will be:

• Assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
• The role will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resources of your team.
• You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks, ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to at all times.

For this Workshop Controller role you will need:

• Previous experience working within the Motor Trade, preferably as a Service Advisor or Senior Technician.
• Proven track record of performance.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• The ability and willingness to lead a busy workshop team and to maximise performance.
