This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & qualified Workshop Controller to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental specialists in Leicester.

Your role as Workshop Controller involves supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises, ensuring their vehicles are returned safely and promptly.

Our modern workshop is equipped with the latest technology and diagnostic tools, providing a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in maximizing workshop profitability, productivity, and efficiency, and will make decisions regarding technician recharge and warranty opportunities.

Leicester branch has a dedicated team of 18 staff serving a diverse customer base, including Local Councils, utility companies, and major retailers. Our location is convenient, with amenities nearby.

Key to your success is ensuring work quality meets high standards and delivering excellent service to our customers.

• You are a qualified technician with a solid workshop background—valued for your technical knowledge and experience with routine and complex diagnostics.
• You have a practical business approach, understanding how to maximize workshop efficiencies and opportunities.

• You are involved in all aspects of the business, proactive and hands-on.
• You have a passion for customer service and problem-solving skills.
